A Centennial Cookbook

Beacon, New York is having a centennial birthday this year and we are going to celebrate with a cookbook of various recipes from local Beacon folk, businesses and the people who contribute and work in Beacon community. 

This cookbook will be for charity and all profits will be used to help feed people and families in need. For more information on the charities the profits of this cookbook will help visit our Charities page.
